Energisa, a private group in the electricity sector, adopted the Ellevo platform to guarantee process automation and management in a single environment for demands from different departments, from HR to IT service.
The challenge transform many processes at once, which needed the support of reliable technology to do so and to have a global vision of its activities.
Energisa’s Shared Services Center moved on to adopt Ellevo Platform as its main system.

More than 300 administrative processes are carried out within the platform, which monthly receives and manages more than 70 thousand calls. There were more than 2 million records in 18 months. The solution also ensures organization in the process, as any professional can enter the portal, select the service and request what they need. With this, it is also possible to eliminate the use of telephone and e-mail, optimizing demands.
