A strategy that has already been applied in large companies around the world, the Shared Services Centers (SSCs) allows you to control internal activities. They provide process improvements and how to measure team productivity. In addition to physical environments, SSCs can also be 100% online, with platforms operating in all business areas of different sizes and segments.

The advantages, applications, and news of the subject will be highlighted at the Shared Service Talks, the first event in Santa Catarina to address the subject field.

It is an initiative of Ellevo and will take place on June 18th at 2:30 p.m. at the Centro Empresarial de Blumenau. Admission is free and places are limited. To sign up, just access www.sstalks.com

Brazilian references in Shared Services Centers are highlights of the program

The guest speaker of the Shared Service Talks is Carlos Magalhães, a Brazilian author and an expert in Shared Services Centers. Being a reference in the area, the consultant will talk about what SSCs are, the challenges of application within the business. He will also address the benefits and techniques for improving and measuring the results. Evidence of increased operational efficiency with cost reduction in almost all branches of business will also be on the agenda.

Magalhães also moderates a panel discussion with three professionals of companies that are Brazilian references in SSC: Compass/GRSA, Bunge, and Grupo Energisa. René Fantini, an expert who implemented SSC Renault/Nissan in Brazil, also attends the event.
